If you are moving into a property which is subject to a lease we can assist you by reviewing the lease and letting you know what your rights and obligations are. Residential properties now require a tenancy agreement to be signed by both sides so it is important that you read the document carefully or have us take a look at it so you are clear what you can and cannot do at the property.

Contracts
