Leases and Tenancy Agreements

If you are moving into a property which is subject to a lease we can assist you by reviewing the lease and letting you know what your rights and obligations are. Residential properties now require a tenancy agreement to be signed by both sides so it is important that you read the document carefully or have us take a look at it so you are clear what you can and cannot do at the property.

If you are a landlord, the Residential Tenancies Act, 2004 places a whole range of new obligations on you including the requirement to register a tenancy agreement. We can provide you with up-to-date advice in this regard and will be able to draft a tenancy agreement for your property.
Check out some of these requirements in the June update on our News Page.
