Bass Solicitors has set up a “mortgage mediator” service for clients who need to approach their banks about mortgage repayments. We will help you by meeting with the Bank on your behalf and getting the best possible result.

We are confident that we will be able to help you when we talk to the Bank because we can bring some reality to the negotiations with our Court experience – we can “blunt” the threat of litigation that the Banks often wield.
The Banks are in a position of power when it comes to discussing your mortgage and we can level the playing field. We know the hurdles that face the Bank should they decide to sue and with this knowledge are in a good position to encourage them to come to an agreement in relation to your mortgage. Not all of the Banks are happy to deal with Solicitors but this is your choice – not theirs.
